Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your bunny to love our products! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

✅ Returns & Exchanges: You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.

📦 Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

🔄 Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. We cannot accept returns on used or damaged products.

💰 Refunds: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process a refund to your original payment method(excluding shipping fees) or send a replacement if applicable.
